Radiance Part XVI, (aka Improvisation in Ab and Tokyo Solo) played by Keith Jarrett, is the uncut version. According to Uwe Karcher “There is an interesting story behind [this]: the CD version is a cut version (probably due to lack of space on the CD) of the original performed tune (called “Part 2d” on the DVD “Tokyo Solo” . . . . ) Obviously the last notes of the CD version have been added later in the studio to come to a clean ending – even the applause seems not to be the original applause from the live event! Nethertheless I love the CD version – it features the core of the tune.” Here is Uwe’s performance of the the short version (roughly 3 minutes).
